ALOK KUMAR (PASS OUT IN ELECTRICAL)
He learnt about the institute from newspaper and decided to enrol in it after matriculation. Son of a businessman, Alok Kumar did his diploma in Electrical Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Sambalpur, he is now working at TATA STEEL LTD, Kalinga Nagar. At the institute, he learnt the basics of engine, power train and hydraulics, among others, which helped him to get a job without much struggle. Alok is thankful to his teachers for playing a pivotal role in shaping his career. His salary per annum is Rs. 5.5 Lakh.r.
BAISHAKHI BIDISHA BEHERA (PASS OUT IN MECHANICAL)
Her father, a school teacher, always encouraged her to have an aim in life and work hard to achieve it. Baishakhi Bidisha Behera did not let him down. After completing +2, she opted for diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Sambalpur. She says the institute developed her technical acumen, communications skills and the ability to work in a team. On passing out of the institute in 2016, she joined Assistant Engineer at TATA Aerospace and Defence, Sez Mihan, Nagpur. For Baishakhi, who is from Bhanjanagar in Ganjam, it is just the beginning of a successful career. Her current annual salary is Rs 5.0 Lakh..
BINOD KUMAR SAHANI (PASS OUT IN MECHANICAL)
Mr. Jitu Kumar Badi, village: Burla in Sambalpur district has completed his electrical trade on 2016. Now he is working as a Junior Engineer at TATA STEEL LTD., Kalinga Nagar with pay-scale of 4.5 lakh per AnnuBinod Kumar Sahani is a Mechanical Engineer with AMNS INDIA (Arcelor Mittal Nippon Steel India Ltd.) and earns Rs 2.19 lakh per annum. Binod, son of an Electrician, was convinced that a technical course can guarantee a job early in life. He says the institute has made him capable enough to face all hardships on the road to success.He acquired good communication skills and the ability to work in coordination with others, besides practical knowledge of the subject.
RAJ ROSHAN BARIK (PASS OUT IN MECHANICAL)
Raj Roshan Barik, son of a businessman from Kantio Putasahi village in Dhenkanal, opted for diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Sambalpur, instead of general education course. Today, his family is proud about his choice of vocation. Raj Roshan is working at JSW STEEL LTD., Maharashtra and his per annum salary is 3.2 lakh. JAGADISH KUMAR SAHU (PASS OUT IN CIVIL)
Jagadish Kumar Sahu, completed his diploma course in Civil Engineering from Government Polytechnic, Sambalpur. He is now working at Rail Vikash Nigam Limited (PSU) and has a per annum salary of Rs 6.5 Lakh. He says the institute has made him capable enough to face all hardships on the road to success. “Achievements have no limit and every effort is a stepping stone to success. Keep going and success will ultimately kiss your feet,” he adds.
ANIL KUMAR PUTEL (PASS OUT IN E&TC)
His father is a Shopkeeper and his family stays at Digsira village in Balangir. Anil knew a technical training course can fetch him a job easily and help him lead a contended life. After matriculation, he joined Government Polytechnic, Sambalpur, and pursued diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering, which he completed successfully. The institute gave him a platform to explore his inborn traits and utilise it throughout his career. He is now employed with CEAT Ltd, Nagpur and earning Rs 2.04 lakh per annum.
